Processing & Handling
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may extend slightly — we'll always communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship domestically via USPS with carrier-calculated rates at checkout, so you'll always see accurate pricing based on your order's weight and destination. Estimated delivery windows once dispatched:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS with the following options available at checkout. For orders up to approximately 20 lbs, a flat rate of $60 is available, in addition to standard USPS international rate options. Estimated delivery windows:
- USPS First-Class Package International: 7–21 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3–5 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
